Hi my name is Clint G. Applegate an Artist and your photographer; I am open to discuss my photography services to any company or individual seeking a professional quality photo.

 

I found my so called love for art at the age of 4. As long as I had a crayon or pencil I would keep drawing many sorts of things. I have used many mediums to draw with from paper to tables, and even the walls of our house which was always getting me into trouble with my mom. At the age of 10 I found myself amazed on my father’s photography skills (yes, my dad is also a very technical photographer) by looking at the photos he had captured and developed (B/W). From that point on, it changed the way I look at art with the form of light.

 

The famous Ansel Adams is my inspiration, and my favorite photographer. His talent, observation and patience separated him from other well educated photographers. Seeing his pictures of the California Coast and the famous Yosemite, I started to see his style and detail of his technique. From that point on I went and worked hard to save money for my first SLR camera (Minolta X-700). I grabbed a copy of the Navy Technical Photography Manual and taught myself the beauty of Photography. For ten years I considered myself an advanced amateur photographer, until I was asked to photograph some buildings for an architecture company and to my surprise, they liked it. The rest is history! 5 years ago I decided to become a professional and I love it.

 

My Style - I capture images with one thing in mind: to visually communicate. Being the artist, I always strive to give it some flavor so it doesn't get boring.
